Travlang's Translating Dictionaries site is an amazing collection of dictionaries -- and not just English to blahblah or blahblah to English. For instance, there are dictionaries of Portuguese to Spanish, and Dutch to Afrikaans. Includes Esperanto dictionaries as well. You may also want to try the Web of On-line Dictionaries.
