Milk for college or university students?

Everyone when is a student has a very distinct manner to perceive nutrition and exercise, of course, most adults and other “old-er people” always keep saying that a student should seek a balanced diet and moderate exercise. In most cases, all of their advice is stored in the brain under “advice for later” and discarded as something that is not suitable for their age.

Truth be told, specially in some careers, a poor dietary habit is kind of the trademark of the students that undergo that particular career, regardless of the amount of professionals that at a later date realize that they have a poor digestive track or function because such excesses in their youths.

But is it really impossible to keep your health and still enjoy life the way you do? No, it is not, there is no need for you to eat like you were 60 when you are just 20. All you need to do is to learn how to balance things out. Currently there is a whole lot of “balancing diets” running around in the ears and minds of almost everyone; these diets offer to help people with weight issues with simple balancing options.

That is, if you are eating a hamburger for lunch, make sure that you eat a salad for dinner. However, in the case of students, junk food is often cheaper and more accessible to them than healthy food, even if they have the luxury of having their own stoves and refrigerators. So the ideal balancing diet for them is milk and dairy products; drinkable yoghurts, yoghurts and milk are sold at almost every single store, from the big chain stores to the small neighborhood ones and this will allow the student to buy only the amount that he or she is going to eat at that particular moment.

The only problem with this balancing tip is that, if you do not take care of washing your mouth after eating any dairy product, it will have a distinct stench only a couple of hours after you have eaten that. You can take any of the disposable toothbrushes or even the little mouthwash leaflets that are available at almost any drugstore nationwide; if even these are not possible, then a simple rinse with water could suffice.

Therefore, you can stick to your diet of soda and cigarettes, booze and chips and still keep a moderately healthy system just by having dairy products ingested, at least 5 servings per day.
